يرجى قراءة شروط الاستخدام هذه ("الشروط") بعناية قبل استخدام تطبيق DeenlyLink وموقع deenlylink.com (معاً "الخدمة")، المُشغَّلة من قِبل DeenlyLink ("نحن" أو "المنصّة"). بإنشائك حساباً أو استخدامك للخدمة، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط. إذا كنت لا توافق، يرجى عدم استخدام الخدمة.
١. عن الخدمة
DeenlyLink منصّة مجتمعية تربط المساجد بمجتمعاتها — تشمل أوقات الصلاة وإشعارات الأذان، وإعلانات المسجد، والمحتوى التعليمي، وحيثما تم تفعيلها، خدمات المجتمع والتبرعات. DeenlyLink ليست مسجداً، ولا تحلّ محل دور المسجد أو الإمام، وليست مرجعية دينية أو مصدراً للفتوى. للحصول على التوجيه الديني، يرجى الرجوع إلى مسجدك المحلي أو عالم مؤهّل.
٢. الأهلية والحسابات
يجب أن يكون عمرك ١٣ عاماً على الأقل لإنشاء حساب. إذا كنت دون سن الرشد القانوني في بلدك، يمكنك استخدام الخدمة فقط بمشاركة أحد الوالدين أو ولي الأمر. توافق على تقديم معلومات دقيقة عند إنشاء حسابك وعلى تحديثها باستمرار. أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرّية بيانات دخولك وعن كل نشاط يتم تحت حسابك.
٣. حسابات المساجد والشركاء
مسؤولو المساجد مسؤولون عن دقة المعلومات التي ينشرونها (أوقات الصلاة، الإعلانات، جداول الدروس، ودعوات التبرع) وعن كيفية استخدامهم لأي بيانات أو أموال تُجمع عبر الخدمة. يجوز لـ DeenlyLink طلب مستندات تحقق قبل تفعيل ملف مسجد، ويجوز لها تعليق أي ملف يقدّم معلومات كاذبة أو مضلّلة.
٤. الاستخدام المقبول
عند استخدام الخدمة، توافق على عدم القيام بما يلي: مخالفة أي قانون معمول به؛ انتحال شخصية أي فرد أو جهة، أو تحريف انتمائك لمسجد ما؛ نشر أو إرسال محتوى كاذب أو مضلّل أو تشهيري أو ضار؛ مضايقة أو إساءة معاملة أو تهديد مستخدمين آخرين؛ محاولة الوصول غير المصرّح به إلى الخدمة أو حساب مستخدم آخر؛ استخدام الخدمة لطلب تبرعات غير مصرّح بها أو حملات تمويل غير معتمدة؛ أو التدخل في التشغيل الطبيعي للخدمة (بما يشمل البرمجيات الخبيثة، أو الاستخراج الآلي، أو الطلبات الآلية المفرطة).
٥. التبرعات والمدفوعات
حيثما تُفعَّل ميزات التبرع أو الدفع، تتم معالجة المعاملات عبر معالج دفع خارجي، وقد يخضع استخدامك له لشروطه الخاصة. تُسهّل DeenlyLink تحويل الأموال إلى المسجد أو الجهة التي تختارها، لكنها غير مسؤولة عن كيفية استخدام المسجد أو الجهة المستفيدة لهذه الأموال لاحقاً. التبرعات غير قابلة للاسترداد عموماً إلا عند الحاجة القانونية أو وفق تقدير المسجد المستلم. لا تضمن DeenlyLink صفة الخصم الضريبي لأي تبرع؛ يرجى استشارة مختص ضريبي والاحتفاظ بإيصالك.
٦. محتوى المستخدم
إذا سمحت الخدمة بتقديم محتوى (كالرسائل أو التقييمات أو الاستفسارات)، فإنك تحتفظ بملكية هذا المحتوى لكنك تمنح DeenlyLink ترخيصاً محدوداً وغير حصري وخالياً من حقوق الملكية لاستخدامه وعرضه وتوزيعه بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة والترويج لها. أنت وحدك المسؤول عن المحتوى الذي تقدّمه وتؤكد امتلاكك الحق في مشاركته.
٧. الملكية الفكرية
اسم DeenlyLink وشعارها وعناصر علامتها التجارية مملوكة لـ DeenlyLink ولا يجوز استخدامها دون إذن كتابي مسبق منّا. كل محتوى وميزات ووظائف الخدمة الأخرى (باستثناء محتوى المستخدمين والمحتوى المقدَّم من المساجد) مملوكة لـ DeenlyLink أو مرخّصيها ومحمية بموجب قوانين الملكية الفكرية المعمول بها.
٨. الخدمات الخارجية
قد ترتبط الخدمة بمواقع أو محتوى أو خدمات تابعة لجهات خارجية (بما يشمل قنوات المساجد الخاصة أو معالجات الدفع). نحن لا نتحكم في هذه الخدمات ولسنا مسؤولين عنها، واستخدامك لها على مسؤوليتك ويخضع لشروطها الخاصة.
٩. إخلاء المسؤولية
تُقدَّم الخدمة "كما هي" و"حسب توفرها"، دون أي ضمانات من أي نوع، صريحة كانت أم ضمنية. لا نضمن أن تكون أوقات الصلاة أو اتجاه القبلة أو أي معلومة أخرى خالية من الأخطاء أو غير منقطعة، ولا ينبغي الاعتماد على الخدمة كبديل عن التحقق المحلي (كأذان مسجدك) للالتزامات الدينية. DeenlyLink لا تقدّم فتاوى دينية وليست بديلاً عن مرجعية دينية مؤهّلة.
١٠. حدود المسؤولية
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لن تكون DeenlyLink ومسؤولوها وموظفوها وشركاؤها مسؤولين عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية أو تأديبية، أو أي خسارة بيانات أو إيرادات أو سمعة، ناتجة عن استخدامك للخدمة أو عدم قدرتك على استخدامها، حتى لو تم إبلاغهم باحتمال حدوث هذه الأضرار. لن تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية عن أي مطالبة ناشئة عن هذه الشروط أو الخدمة المبلغ الذي دفعته لنا، إن وُجد، خلال الاثني عشر شهراً السابقة للمطالبة.
١١. التعويض
توافق على تعويض DeenlyLink وإبرائها من أي مطالبات أو أضرار أو نفقات (بما يشمل أتعاب المحاماة المعقولة) ناشئة عن استخدامك للخدمة، أو محتواك، أو مخالفتك لهذه الشروط.
١٢. الإنهاء
يجوز لنا تعليق أو إنهاء وصولك إلى الخدمة في أي وقت، بإشعار أو دونه، إذا اعتقدنا بشكل معقول أنك خالفت هذه الشروط أو قمت بسلوك ضار بالخدمة أو بمستخدمين آخرين أو بمساجد شريكة. يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام الخدمة وحذف حسابك في أي وقت.
١٣. القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين ولاية متشجن (Michigan)، الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، بصرف النظر عن مبادئ تنازع القوانين فيها. يُسوّى أي نزاع ينشأ عن هذه الشروط أو الخدمة أمام المحاكم الواقعة في ولاية متشجن، ما لم يقتضِ القانون المعمول به خلاف ذلك.
١٤. التغييرات على هذه الشروط
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. سننشر النسخة المحدثة مع تاريخ سريان جديد، وسيتم إبلاغ التغييرات الجوهرية عبر التطبيق أو البريد الإلكتروني عند الاقتضاء. استمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد سريان التغييرات يُعدّ قبولاً للشروط المحدّثة.

Terms of Service — DeenlyLink
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the DeenlyLink mobile application and the deenlylink.com website (together, the "Service"), operated by DeenlyLink ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. About the Service
DeenlyLink is a community platform that connects mosques with their communities — including prayer times and Adhan notifications, mosque announcements, educational content, and, where enabled, community services and donations. DeenlyLink is not a mosque, does not replace the role of a mosque or an imam, and is not a religious authority or source of religious rulings (fatwa). For religious guidance, please consult your local mosque or a qualified scholar.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Mosque & Partner Accounts
Mosque administrators are responsible for the accuracy of the information they publish (prayer times, announcements, lesson schedules, and donation appeals) and for how they use any data or funds collected through the Service. DeenlyLink may request verification documents before activating a mosque profile and may suspend a profile that provides false or misleading information.
4. Acceptable Use
When using the Service, you agree not to: violate any applicable law; impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation with a mosque; post or transmit false, misleading, defamatory, or harmful content; harass, abuse, or threaten other users; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or another user's account; use the Service to solicit unauthorized donations or run unapproved fundraising; or interfere with the normal operation of the Service (including through malware, scraping, or excessive automated requests).
5. Donations & Payments
Where donation or payment features are enabled, transactions are processed through a third-party payment processor, and use of that processor may be subject to its own terms. DeenlyLink facilitates the transfer of funds to the mosque or cause you select but is not responsible for how a mosque or recipient subsequently uses donated funds. Donations are generally non-refundable except where required by law or at the discretion of the receiving mosque. DeenlyLink does not guarantee the tax-deductible status of any donation; please consult a tax professional and retain your receipt.
6. User Content
If the Service allows you to submit content (such as messages, reviews, or inquiries), you retain ownership of that content but grant DeenlyLink a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it as needed to operate and promote the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the right to share it.
7. Intellectual Property
The DeenlyLink name, logo, and brand assets are the property of DeenlyLink and may not be used without our prior written permission. All other content, features, and functionality of the Service (excluding user content and mosque-provided content) are owned by DeenlyLink or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party websites, content, or services (including individual mosques' own channels or payment processors). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that prayer times, Qibla direction, or any other information will be error-free or uninterrupted, and you should not rely on the Service as a substitute for local verification (e.g., your mosque's own Adhan) for religious obligations. DeenlyLink does not provide religious rulings and is not a substitute for a qualified religious authority.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeenlyLink and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold DeenlyLink harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to the Service, other users, or partner mosques. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date, and material changes will be communicated through the app or by email where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
