تشرح سياسة الخصوصية هذه كيف تجمع DeenlyLink ("نحن" أو "المنصّة") المعلومات وتستخدمها وتشاركها وتحميها عند استخدامك لتطبيق DeenlyLink وموقع deenlylink.com (يُشار إليهما معاً بـ"الخدمة"). باستخدامك للخدمة، فإنك توافق على الممارسات الموضحة في هذه السياسة.
١. المعلومات التي نجمعها
- معلومات الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف (اختياري)، وتفاصيل الملف الشخصي التي تقدّمها عند إنشاء حسابك.
- معلومات المسجد والمجتمع: المساجد التي تتابعها، المجتمعات التي تنضم إليها، وتفضيلاتك (مثل طريقة حساب أوقات الصلاة، وإعدادات الإشعارات).
- معلومات الموقع الجغرافي: بإذنك، نستخدم موقع جهازك لعرض أقرب المساجد إليك، وحساب اتجاه القبلة، وتحديد أوقات الصلاة المحلية. يمكنك تعطيل إذن الموقع في أي وقت من إعدادات جهازك.
- المحتوى الذي تقدّمه: الرسائل أو الاستفسارات أو أي محتوى آخر ترسله لنا أو لمسجد شريك عبر الخدمة.
- معلومات المساجد الشريكة: بالنسبة لمسؤولي المساجد، نجمع بيانات تحقق (اسم المسجد، العنوان، جهة الاتصال، ومستندات داعمة) للتأكد من صحة الجهة قبل تفعيل ملف المسجد.
- معلومات المدفوعات والتبرعات: عند تفعيل ميزات التبرع أو السوق، تتم معالجة المدفوعات عبر معالج دفع خارجي موثوق. لا نخزّن بيانات بطاقتك الكاملة — نستلم فقط معلومات محدودة عن العملية (المبلغ، التاريخ، حالة التأكيد) لإصدار الإيصالات وتقديم الدعم.
- معلومات الاستخدام والجهاز: نوع الجهاز، نظام التشغيل، إصدار التطبيق، سجلات الأعطال، وتحليلات استخدام عامة تساعدنا على صيانة الخدمة وتحسينها.
- المراسلات: إذا تواصلت معنا، نحتفظ بسجل لهذه المراسلة للرد على طلبك ومتابعته.
٢. كيف نستخدم المعلومات
نستخدم المعلومات أعلاه من أجل: تشغيل الخدمة وتخصيصها (مثل عرض أوقات صلاة مسجدك وإعلاناته)؛ ربطك بمسجدك ومجتمعك المختار؛ معالجة التبرعات والمعاملات نيابة عنك؛ إرسال إشعارات الصلاة والأذان والمجتمع التي تختار تفعيلها؛ الحفاظ على الأمان ومنع الاحتيال أو إساءة الاستخدام؛ الرد على طلبات الدعم؛ وتحسين الخدمة من خلال تحليلات مجمّعة لا تحدد هويتك.
٣. كيف نشارك المعلومات
لا نبيع معلوماتك الشخصية. نشارك المعلومات فقط في الحالات التالية:
- مع المسجد (أو المساجد) التي تتابعها أو تتفاعل معها، بالقدر اللازم لخدمتك (مثل اسمك عند التسجيل في درس أو التبرع عبره).
- مع مزوّدي خدمات يساعدوننا على تشغيل المنصّة (مثل الاستضافة السحابية، خدمات الإشعارات، معالجات الدفع، أدوات التحليلات)، وجميعهم ملزمون بالحفاظ على سرّية بياناتك.
- عند الحاجة القانونية، أو لحماية حقوق وسلامة وممتلكات DeenlyLink أو مستخدمينا أو الجمهور.
- في حال اندماج أو استحواذ أو بيع أصول، مع إشعارك عند الحاجة.
- بموافقتك الصريحة، لأي غرض آخر.
٤. خياراتك وحقوقك
حسب موقعك الجغرافي، قد يكون لك الحق في الوصول إلى معلوماتك الشخصية أو تصحيحها أو تصديرها أو حذفها، والاعتراض على بعض المعالجات أو تقييدها. يمكنك إدارة معظم ذلك مباشرة من إعدادات حسابك داخل التطبيق، أو التواصل معنا على support@deenlylink.com لتقديم طلب. كما يمكنك تعطيل إذن الموقع الجغرافي والإشعارات في أي وقت من إعدادات جهازك.
٥. خصوصية الأطفال
DeenlyLink مخصص للجمهور العام وغير موجّه للأطفال دون سن ١٣ عاماً. لا نجمع عن قصد معلومات شخصية من أطفال دون هذا السن دون موافقة ولي الأمر. يمكن لأفراد العائلة استخدام حسابات مشتركة أو مُشرَف عليها وفق توجيه المسجد أو ولي الأمر. إذا كنت تعتقد أن طفلاً قدّم لنا معلومات شخصية دون موافقة مناسبة، يرجى التواصل معنا على support@deenlylink.com لإزالتها.
٦. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
نحتفظ بمعلوماتك الشخصية طوال فترة نشاط حسابك أو بالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة، والامتثال للالتزامات القانونية، وتسوية النزاعات، وتطبيق اتفاقياتنا. يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وبياناته المرتبطة في أي وقت، مع استثناء بيانات محدودة يفرض القانون أو السجلات المهنية المشروعة الاحتفاظ بها (مثل إيصالات التبرعات).
٧. أمان البيانات
نستخدم إجراءات إدارية وتقنية ومادية مصمّمة لحماية معلوماتك. لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة بنسبة ١٠٠٪، ولا يمكننا ضمان الأمان المطلق.
٨. نقل البيانات دولياً
قد تتم معالجة معلوماتك في دول غير بلدك. عند الحاجة، نتخذ خطوات لضمان مستوى حماية مناسب للمعلومات المنقولة دولياً.
٩. الروابط والخدمات الخارجية
قد تحتوي الخدمة على روابط لمواقع أو خدمات تابعة لجهات خارجية (بما في ذلك مواقع المساجد الفردية أو معالجات الدفع). نحن لسنا مسؤولين عن ممارسات الخصوصية لدى هذه الجهات، وننصحك بمراجعة سياساتها.
١٠. التغييرات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث سياسة الخصوصية هذه من وقت لآخر. سننشر النسخة المحدثة مع تاريخ سريان جديد، وعند حدوث تغييرات جوهرية سنقدّم إشعاراً إضافياً (مثل إشعار داخل التطبيق).

Privacy Policy — DeenlyLink
This Privacy Policy explains how DeenlyLink ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the DeenlyLink mobile application and the deenlylink.com website (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: name, email address, phone number (optional), and profile details you provide when creating an account.
- Mosque & community information: the mosques you follow, communities you join, and preferences you set (e.g., prayer-time calculation method, notification settings).
- Location information: with your permission, we use your device's location to show nearby mosques, calculate Qibla direction, and localize prayer times. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings.
- Content you provide: messages, inquiries, or other content you submit to us or to a partner mosque through the Service.
- Partner mosque information: for mosque administrators, we collect verification details (mosque name, address, contact person, and supporting documentation) to confirm legitimacy before activating a mosque profile.
- Payment & donation information: if and when donation or marketplace features are enabled, payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card or bank details — we receive only limited transaction information (amount, date, confirmation status) needed to provide receipts and support.
- Usage & device information: device type, operating system, app version, crash logs, and general usage analytics that help us maintain and improve the Service.
- Communications: if you contact us, we keep a record of that correspondence to respond to and track your request.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information above to: operate and personalize the Service (e.g., show your mosque's prayer times and announcements); connect you with your chosen mosque and community; process donations and transactions on your behalf; send prayer, Adhan, and community notifications you opt into; maintain security and prevent fraud or abuse; respond to support requests; and improve the Service through aggregated, de-identified analytics.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
- With the mosque(s) you follow or interact with, to the extent necessary for that mosque to serve its community (e.g., your name if you register for a class or donate through them).
- With service providers who help us operate the Service (cloud hosting, push notifications, payment processors, analytics), under confidentiality obligations.
- When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of DeenlyLink, our users, or the public.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you where required.
- With your explicit consent, for any other purpose.
4. Your Choices & Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can manage most of this directly in the app (Account Settings), or contact us at support@deenlylink.com to make a request. You may also disable location permissions and push notifications at any time from your device settings.
5. Children's Privacy
DeenlyLink is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. Family members may use shared or supervised accounts in accordance with mosque or guardian guidance. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information without appropriate consent, please contact us at support@deenlylink.com so we can remove it.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, subject to limited retention required by law or for legitimate business records (e.g., donation receipts).
7. Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we take steps to ensure an adequate level of protection for information transferred internationally.
9. Third-Party Links & Services
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (including individual mosque websites or payment processors). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date, and where changes are material, we will provide additional notice (such as an in-app notification).
